Payment POLICY

  • Any Fitbase user who wants to enroll for any live workout session(s) will be herein referred to as Trainees.
  • Trainees can enroll for workout sessions through payment options such as credit card, debit card or PayPal.
  • Trainees can also save debit or credit cards for future payments using the Manage Saved Cards option.
  • Trainees can enroll for 1-ON-1 or group sessions based on the available workout sessions published by trainers.
  • Trainees can report any issue regarding the trainer/session to Fitbase within 24 hours of the session. Based on the validity of the issue, as solely determined by Fitbase, Fitbase will take any action it deems necessary.
  • If any enrolled session cannot proceed because of trainer's absence, the amount will be refunded to the trainees.
  • If trainees are not able to enroll to any workout session for which the payment is processed, then the same amount will be refunded.
  • Once trainees enroll for any workout session there is no option to cancel the enrolment.
  • During the live session trainees will be able to see the trainer but not any other participants from the workout session.
  • Trainees can share their workout details on approved social media channels.
  • Trainees can enroll for multiple sessions from different trainers.
  • Trainees can follow their favorite trainers to receive notifications or emails from them whenever they publish a new workout session.
  • Trainees can report any issues regarding the training or the trainer, within 24 hours post to the completion of workout session. Trainees cannot edit the reported issue once it is submitted to Fitbase.
  • Trainees can submit their feedback either during the session or at any time post to the session. The feedback submitted can be updated at any point of time.
  • Workout session enrollment should be completed within 10 minutes of payment, otherwise the transaction could fail.
  • Enrollment to any session is not confirmed until payment is successful processed. At times, despite successful payment processing, a session might not be blocked for which a refund will be immediately initiated.
  • An upcoming booked session can be seen using the LIVE button, which will show the sessions that are going to begin during the next 24 hrs.
  • Notifications will be displayed for the workout session which is live.
